BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Rates are in CAD as posted (no extra taxes or charges)
- Reservations are charged 50% of your total stay upon booking.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival are refundable minus a $75 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to your arrival are non-refundable.
- Reservations made without valid credit card will be cancelled without notice.
- Please check your junk or spam folder for your email confirmation if you do not immediately receive one.
- Single night stays may be available under certain circumstances. Any single night bookings that are accepted are charged immediately upon booking, and are non-refundable. Please inquire.
- We reserve the right to switch your selected room if necessary.
- One parking spot available per room - due to limited parking space we unfortunately cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as pick-up trucks, or large vans.
- Only registered guests of Summer Solstice are permitted on the property.
