BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Rates are in CAD as posted (no extra taxes or charges)
- Reservations are charged 50% deposit upon booking.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival are refundable minus a $100 per room cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to your arrival are non-refundable.
- Single night stays are charged immediately upon booking and are non-refundable.
- Reservations made without valid credit card will be cancelled without notice.
-Reservations made with a credit card that expires prior to date of arrival will be charged the entire amount upon booking.
- The remaining balance of your stay is charged the day before your arrival when we send out a check-in email with your door code.
- We do not offer refunds on partial stays.
- Please check your junk or spam folder for your email confirmation if you do not immediately receive one.
- One parking spot available per room - due to limited parking space we unfortunately cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as pick-up trucks, or large vans.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
