Introducing Villa Sole (Formerly Summer Solstice Bed & Breakfast)
Over many wonderful years, we have offered guests a warm welcome in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. In everything but name, we have provided guests with a relaxing stay with Italian touches, from our modern rooms with comfortable duvet bedding to our European-style breakfasts.
We have now chosen to reflect our Italian-style offerings in name as well, so while we work behind the scenes to bring our new website to life, we are still taking your reservations here and now!

BREAKFAST AT VILLA SOLE
Guests of Villa Sole begin their morning with a light European-style breakfast. We prepare a varied selection of breakfast items, conveniently stocked in your suite for the duration of your stay. Breakfast items may consist of baked goods, a fruit plate or fruit cups, a variety of cheeses, boiled eggs or egg salad, yogurt, granola, cream cheese, peanut butter and jam, coffee and tea.
**Suite mini-fridges are stocked once per stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Allergies/Dietary Restrictions
We can not accommodate individual dietary restrictions, nor can we guarantee against cross-contamination for extreme allergies.
LOCATION
Villa Sole is located on beautiful Lakeshore Rd, on the corner of Nassau St leading to Lake Ontario and the NOTL Golf Club. Guests can easily step out for a bite to eat at Ginger or the Sandtrap Pub & Grill right across the street. Take a 5 minute stroll to a local favourite, Butler’s Bar & Grill, or Ruffino’s Pasta Bar & Grill on Mary St.
Villa Sole is perfectly situated with a wide variety of sites and local businesses within walking distance, such as Lake Ontario, Ryerson Park, Zoom Bike Rental and Wine Tours, eSkoot Niagara (10min), Queen St. and the NOTL Golf Club (15min), as well as The Pedal Pub, Willow Cakes and Pastries, and Tim Hortons (5min).
A short five minute drive will bring you to a variety of wineries and restaurants, including Jackson Triggs, Strewn, Konzelmann, Sunnybrook Farms, and Palatine Hills and many more.

Villa Sole offers many perks for the modern B&B traveler from flexible self check-in to a more private atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the perks of a B&B with the privacy of a hotel.
While I’m here to host and offer help, I only appear as often as you need me to!
